White Wine by Brassfield from North Coast, California. Serenity is Brassfield's propietary blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Gewurztraminer and Semillon. This vintage displays forward aromas of red delicious apples, peach and fruit cocktail that continue as flavors on the palate, along with pronounced mandarin orange perfumes. The soft, round mouthfeel, along with a touch of sweetness, is perfectly balanced with the acidity to deliver a palate cleansing freshness.
